General Provisions

A submitted registration form constitutes a binding agreement between parties. Changes in dates, times and site do not give participants the right to completely or partially cancel their applications. If the event is cancelled, the applications shall be regarded as cancelled and any payments made by the participants for participation will be reimbursed.

Registration

If a participant has not paid the amount by the due date (workshop date) the organisers retain the right to refuse him access to the event, and to claim full payment of these amounts.

Payment

When registering for TGC 2010 and/or the review meetings please arrange payment of the registration fee within 7 days. All payments should be made in EURO and via credit card.

Cancellation policy

Until February 15th, 2010 we charge a processing fee of 50 EUR, which will be deducted from refund. Unfortunately no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows. A substitute can be nominated at any time at no charge. There are no exceptions from this policy. The symposium, review and review preparation meetings are considered three separate events. They can never be regarded as one event. Cancellation of one event shall not give the participant any rights regarding the others event. Generally cancellations will be accepted only in writing to the organizer.

Disclaimer

For damages of property and health before during and after the event no liability will be taken over. All participants act with their own responsibility for themselves and their actions within and outside of the event. Furthermore liability for damages in succession and indirect damages are excluded. The organizer does not take over liability for personal damages or damages to property, which occur on the journey to and from the event as well as damages occurring on the location of the event.
